Monitored Endpoint Data
URLs, IP addresses, ping responses, SSL certificate details, and HTTP headers collected to evaluate uptime.

We process data exclusively for operational, security, and service delivery purposes. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Execute automated ping checks, security scans, and SSL verification against your endpoints.
- Dispatch instant incident notifications via Email, SMS, Webhooks, or Slack integrations.
- Generate uptime history reports, response-time telemetry, and incident analytics.
- Process subscription payments and prevent fraud or unauthorized system access.

All telemetry and account communication is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We retain raw endpoint ping logs for 90 days on standard plans and up to 365 days on Enterprise plans before automated aggregation and purging.
